Easy Returns - Hassle free exchanges

Please contact us before returning item/s back to us. Our email is sales@celebrityluxe.com.au. Otherwise we are unable to process your return. We will not be responsible for any item returns with no attached information.

The returned item must be in brand new, unworn/unused condition with the original packaging within 7 days of recieving the item, otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.

You can choose between a refund or exchange where:

  1. Item/s are damaged on arrival.
  2. Item/s have been wrongly described or completely different than photo.
  3. We are unable to supply the goods that you have paid for. Refund will be issued immediately.

You can choose exchange where:

  1. You purchase an item that is not the correct size. Sizes vary from brand to brand (country to country) and are for reference only and measurements are clearly provided to avoid size confusion. Please see measurements in listing details and compare to your actual measurements to get the right fit when shopping online, as you can't try it on before buying it. We will exchange the item for the correct size however the buyer must return the item in unworn, brand new condition, with original packaging at their own expense and include self addressed prepaid post office bag. Please check size availability first.

We will not issue refund if:

  1. You changed your mind after purchasing the item/s.
  2. No longer need it because it does not suit your purposes.
  3. An item is returned and is not in its original condition and packaging or has been worn or it's missing pieces from the original package.

Original postage charges are non-refundable.
